  1. How much does it cost to deliver?

    We charge delivery fees according your event location. Once we find out where it is then we can give you an estmaite of how much it will cost to deliver.

  2. When and how do I pay?

    Payment is due at the time of delivery. No payment is due at the time of reservation. We accep cash only.

  1. What time will we deliver?

    If your event is in the evening, most likely we will deliver the morning of the event. If your event is in the afternoon or morning we will deliver and set up everything the night before.

  2. How long can you keep the rentals?

    Included in your party rental fee, you are allowed to keep all rentals up to 24 hours. If you would like to keep them more than that, there will be an additonal fee.

  1. How far in advance should I place my order?

    Advance reservations are recommended to ensure availability. We recommend placing your reservation at least two weeks prior to the date of your event. However, you may place your order one day in advance or up to one year in advance.

  2. Is tax charged on my order?

    There is no tax on rental items or service fees. Items include tax.

  3. Can I pick up my rental items?

    No, we do not allow pick up.

  4. What is required to place an order?

    You will be asked for your full name, local address, main phone number and alternate phone number.
